Power Rules:
1 Every 100 posts you are allowed to make one of your existing wolves have a power but you must ask the spirit first. (AS IN ROLE-PLAY IN THE SPRING)
2 If you practice your powers often you will gain a level. (Staff will PM you)
3 There are limited powers so you can't go and make a power up on your own, but if you have one you can suggest it to the staff, but just know it might not be considered if it's too strong.
4 Your wolf starts off with level 1 of it's power which is the weakest level and it's highest level is 6.
5 Your wolf(wolves) get markings when they get a power unless they are an elemental and their marking gets bigger the higher it's level and your wolf has a faint glow which grows stronger every time you use your wolf/wolves power. Once you get to level 6 your wolf will have a medium sized marking on their bodies depending on what type of power the wolf has. Elemental wolves have a marking which has a specific place and only appears at level 6, for more info on the elemental marking see the elemental section.
6 To get a power you must go to the spring and call for the spirit of the spring, then she will judge you and see if you should get that power, but remember she has split personalities and uses a different personality depending on what alignment your wolf is. see the end of this post for more info on what she looks like.
7 Elemental powers are hard to get and are usually given if you've been an active/good law abiding etc. member or you did a task for the Spirit of the Spring. But sometimes if she feels nice she might randomly travel around and give random wolves an elemental power, she decides what elemental power your wolf should get of course.
8 Wolves can't be created in 'Character Creation' with powers because I don't want 100 wolves with powers, that would destroy the whole role-play.
Powers:
Mental Powers:
Telepathy
At level 1 your wolf can see into the minds of others which are 3 meters away and gains 1 meter every time it's power levels up, at level 3 your wolf can telepathically talk to wolves 4 meters away and at level 6 it can see into the minds of and talk telepathically to wolves it has previously seen or touched and see into their past memories.
Future Sight
At level one your wolf can see 5 seconds into it's own future but it tires it out easily and needs to rest 20 minutes. At level two and three the wolf can see 15 seconds into it's own future and 10 seconds into other wolves future. Ay level four and five the wolf can see 30 seconds into it's own future, 15 seconds into other wolves future and 5 seconds into other the animals futures. At level 6 the wolf can see 1 minute of it's own future and 25 seconds of other wolves and animals future. When they use it on level 2-5 the wolf must rest for 40 minutes, at level 6 the wolf must rest for 1 and a half hours. (You can't make up the other wolves futures you must PM the person who is role playing the wolf and ask them.)
Physical Powers:
Invisibility
At level 1 your wolf has a vague outline and can only stay invisible for 2 hours at most and every time it levels up it gains 30 minutes. At level 4 the wolf has no outline at all but still makes noise like any wolf without invisibility. At level 6 the wolf has absolute stealth and makes no noise at all, they are able to be invisible for one week and still have it on in their sleep, at level 6 if you have used it for 4 or more days your wolf has to rest for a day to use it again, if not they have to rest for 6 hours. At level 1-5 your wolf needs to rest 1 hour before using it again.
Transformation
Transformation are level one allows the wolf to take form of other animals roughly the same size as its self but it only lasts for an hour at most. At level 2-4 the wolf can take form of a creature 50cm taller and 60cm smaller than it is. At level 5 it can create extra things on it's normal appearance and what it can do in it's previous levels. At level 6 the wolf can transform into anything but needs to rest for 4 hours before using it again.
Defensive Powers:
Earth Shield
Earth shield at level one creates a small and weak barrier/shield made of any type of earth around your wolf and breaks within 30 minutes if not attacked and 20 minutes if attacked every time it levels up it's time extends 20 minutes. At level 3 the wolfs barrier can withstand attacks from other powers but it breaks in 30 minutes if attacked by powers. At level 6 it can withstand any attack for 1 day but takes 17 hours to recharge.
Offensive Powers:
Icicle
Icicle allows the user to make icicles at will but at level 1 they can only make up to 10 icicles at a time and tire out easily, every level they can create 10 more, at level 6 they can create more than 100 icicles per minute. After using this power (whether it's one minute or 10 hours) they have to rest for half a day (12 hours). The icicles can be thrown or just form on the floor, walls or ceiling depending on how you want to control it.
Poison
At level one your wolf can inject poison into other animals and wolves by biting them and it makes them feel sick and woozy, when injected into prey it paralyzes it for a few seconds. At level two & three the wolf can kill prey and paralyze other wolves for a few seconds, it is also able to control whether or not to inject poison when it bites. At level 4-5 the wolf can inject venom by it's claws and it's bite and able to control whether it wants to inject poison. At level 6 the wolf can inject poison if it is physically touching the wolf, control whether or not it would inject venom and will be immune to poison in any form, when the wolf injects the poison it makes a wolf extremely sick for a few days disabling and it's movements for 5 minutes, if used on prey the prey will die instantly if it's around deer size or smaller but takes 15 minutes to kill something bigger than a deer, during that time the animal will feel dizzy and will have sluggish movements. When using this power the wolfs eyes turn a danger-like purple. After using this power the wolf must rest for one hour in level 1-3, 4 hours for level 4-5 and one day for level 6.
Static electricity manipulation: Ability to manipulate static electricity. This power only works when the wolf is in contact with the ground. Electricity is gained when their is some type of storm, and is extra effective when the storm is particularily strong or electrical. This power also results in a wolf having spiked fur, especially if the wolf is of a higher level.
Note: If a user creates a storm for the character to interact with, an admin member must be contacted with the setting, and it will be decided how strong the storm is, and if it is electrical. There is a one in five chance of an electrical storm.
At level 1: Static electricity can be used on self or on one other wolf touching the one with power. 10 second use. Recharge needed: One thread, or five PERSONAL posts.At Level 2 Static electricity can be used on self or on one other wolf touching or within a meter radius of the wolf. 15 second use. Recharge needed: One thread, seven PERSONAL posts or 30 minutes sleeping.Level 3: Static electricity can be used on self, or up to two other wolves touching or within a meter radius of the wolf. 30 second use. Recharge needed: One thread, eight PERSONAL posts or 40 minutes sleeping.Level 4: Static electricity can be used on self, or up to three other wolves touching or within a two meter radius of the wolf. 60 second use, or two 15 second bursts at different time intervals. Recharge needed: One thread, ten PERSONAL posts or 60 minutes sleeping.Level 5: Static electricity can be used on self, or up to six other wolves touching or within a three meter radius of the wolf. 2 minute use, or up to three separate bursts at different time intervals. Recharge needed: Two threads, ten PERSONAL posts or 60 minutes sleeping.Level 6: Static electricity can be used on self, or up to twenty other wolves touching or within a five meter radius of the wolf. 5 minute use. Recharge needed: One thread, ten PERSONAL posts or 70 minutes sleeping. The marking is a lightning bolt.
Duplication: Ability to create physical duplicates of oneself. This power only works when the wolf is experiencing high emotion. When duplicates are created, they experience the same emotion, but at lower levels. Duplicates can only be controlled by the power wolf, and are mute. When the heightened emotion lessens, the duplicates fade over the next five minutes, disappearing one at a time if there are multiple duplicates. Also, duplicate wolves can harm other wolves, but cannot be harmed themselves- Instead, if they take a hit, they disintegrate and do not reappear.
At level 1, one duplicate can be created, and remains for up to 5 minutes (disintergrate time excluded). They are cream in colour and do not bear resemblance to the power wolf. Recharge needed: One thread, or five PERSONAL posts. When it reaches Level 2: Two duplicates can be created, and remain for up to 7 minutes (disintergrate time excluded). They are cream in colour and do not bear resemblance to the power wolf. Recharge needed: One thread, seven PERSONAL posts or 30 minutes sleeping.Then at level 3 Four duplicates can be created, and remain for up to 10 minutes (disintegrate time excluded). They are darker in colour, and bear only the main markings of the power wolf. Recharge needed: One thread, seven PERSONAL posts or 45 minutes sleeping. At Level 4 Six duplicates can be created, and remains for up to 15 minutes (disintergrate time excluded). They are lighter shades of the power wolf' colouration, and bear all markings. Recharge needed: One thread, seven PERSONAL posts or 60 minutes sleeping. At Level 5 Eight duplicates can be created, and remains for up to 15 minutes (disintergrate time excluded). They are almost exact copies of the power wolf and bear all markings. Recharge needed: One thread, seven PERSONAL posts or 70 minutes sleeping. At Level 6 up to 10 duplicates can be created, and remains for up to 20 minutes (disintergrate time excluded). They are indentical to the power wolf. Recharge needed: One thread, seven PERSONAL posts or 80 minutes sleeping. The marking for this is 2 red paw prints.
Elemental Powers:
Fire
At level 1 and 2 your wolf can create small sparks which can frighten the enemy and light fires. At level 3-5 your wolf can make larger flames which can burn a wolf and intimidate prey. At level 6 the wolf can create large flames which can kill prey and badly burn wolves, they are also able to withstand high temperatures and not drink water for a few weeks but after they use this power they have to rest for 4 hours. At this level your wolf will have eyes which look like fire.
Water
At level one, your wolf can manipulate surrounding water into small orbs and move them around at fast speed to make the water hurt the opponent or prey but it can only make a small bruise. At level 2-4 your wolf can make larger balls of water and throw them at the opponent and cause large bruises. At level 5 your wolf can make large orbs like in level 2-4 but can also heal small wounds. At level 6 your wolf can heal small-medium wounds, make extremely large orbs of water, breathe underwater for 30 minutes, but after they use their power they must rest for 4 hours. At this level they have aqua blue eyes and a water droplet marking under their eyes.
Air
At level 1, your wolf can create small gusts of wind at will and make small tornadoes, these can't hurt anyone but can startle prey. At level 2-4 they can make medium sized tornadoes to bruise other wolves and prey. At level 5 they can make large gusts of wind and large tornadoes to kill prey and badly hurt other wolves. At level 6 the wolf can breathe without oxygen (not underwater though), make large gusts of wind and tornadoes and fly for 10 minutes in the air. They get a wind like marking on their legs at level 6 (like the ones on the weather report you know...).
Earth
At level 1 your wolf can control plants and make them grow and shrink and make the ground move slightly. At level 2-4 they can make small holes in the ground and do what they can also do what they can do in the 1st level. At level 5 they can make small fissures, large holes and what they can do in the above levels. At level six they can make the land move a lot to knock wolves and prey off balance, make large holes and fissures, make plants grow in any direction and heal small wounds. At level 6 they have a vine pattern twirling around their legs and tail.
Misc. Powers:
Breathe
At level one your wolf can breath without oxygen, but not underwater, high altitudes and in poisonous gases, much like in Air. At level 2-4 your wolf can breath in most gases, but not poisonous ones. At level five your wolf can breath underwater, and at high altitudes. At level six your wolf can breath everywhere, even in poisonous gas. At level six a small breath of air appears on their rump.
Heal
At level one your wolf can heal things such as head-aches and pains. At level 2-4 your wolf can heal wounds, the higher the level, the bigger the wounds they can heal. At level five your wolf can heal most sickness, and heal all wounds except for severed limbs. At level six your wolf can reattach small limbs, such as ears, toes and the tip of tails. It can also replace eyes. It cannot reattach legs or the whole tail.
Shadow Catching
At level one your wolf is able to touch someones shadow and touch the person it is from through the shadow but can not harm them through it, at level two and three the wolf can harm prey through their shadows but owns cause small cuts. At level four and fifve the wolf can kill prey through their shadow and give wolves small cuts. At level six the wolf can damage trees and objects through their shadows as if they were normally damaging them, kill prey and get bad bruises and cuts to wolves. You get a masquerade type mask (without the pole thing) marking on your wolf when you get this power.

Note to staff: any staff can play the spirit (at the spring of course) and if one of the staff are away and posted as the spirit another staff can take over. You may also create powers but you have to put it in paragraph form, because all of the powers were made in paragraph form when they were first introduced, so just make this place neat.
